The Meridian Subdivision is technically in Lewisville Texas city limits but Meridian is located next to the Ridgepointe Subdivision and borders The Colony Texas. Meridian is located next to my Keller Williams office on Standridge Drive just north of the 121 Toll Road.

One of the best attributes I like about Meridian is it's Location, Location, Location. It is about 1 minute to the 121 Toll Road. Meridian is a newer subdivision and as of this writing (October 2009) there are only 3 Drees Custom Homes left for sale in Meridian. Centex Homes and Drees Custom Homes built this subdivision. Because of the significant price difference between Centex and Drees home builders, the Centex homes sold out much quicker.

Meridian is in the Lewisville Independent School District LISD.
